Ayurvedic Aromatherapy
"Healing begins with an aromatic bath and daily massage."

What is Ayurvedic Aromatherapy
Ayurvedic medicine is based on the concept that the world is made up of five elements: space, water, earth, fire, and air. Everything around us - including us - are composed of these elements. These five elements interact and occur as the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
Ayurvedic Aromatherapy utilizes essential oils to complement an individual’s specific dosha and aims to restore balance, thereby restoring health and well-being.
Ayurvedic aromatherapy is a versatile form of treatment with numerous applications and advantages, offering customized blends for various physical and psychological ailments. The therapeutic use of essential oils is widely popular as they can quickly uplift, calm, relax, energize, and inspire, while also improving physical and psychological states.
Healing scents have been used in the Ayurvedic tradition for millennia and are considered an important tool for prevention and healing.

What to expect
During an Ayurvedic Aromatherapy Session, we will engage in a detailed discussion to understand your specific concerns, needs, and goals, including completing a Dosha quiz to determine your dosha. Through this process, we will identify any existing imbalances in your life at the present moment.
I will then create a personalized essential oil blend designed to address your unique requirements and dosha. Furthermore, I will provide guidance on the application and usage of the blend to help you derive the maximum benefits from it.
* I don't use any pre-blended essential oil blends. After our session, I will create a blend that suits your individual needs.
* For the blends I use only pure, high-quality essential oils by Farfalla and Doterra.
