Tibetan Sound Massage

Tibetan sound massage is a therapy that uses Tibetan singing bowls to work on physical, mental, and spiritual levels. It involves placing different-sized Tibetan singing bowls on and around the fully-clothed body, which creates vibrations and energy flow to affect the body's energy centers (chakras), bringing about a feeling of wellbeing and harmonization. The vibrations help to release tension and promote relaxation. The range of frequencies emitted by the singing bowls has a deeply relaxing effect that brings the practitioner to a meditative state and allows the body to rejuvenate and find inner peace. This therapy slows the heart rate and draws the brain into an Alpha and Theta state.​

Experience the power of a Sound Bath, where you will bathe in sounds and vibrations produced by Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, and tuning forks. The sounds help restore balance in your nervous system and subtle energy bodies. This session is ideal for addressing muscle tension, chronic pain, as well as physical, emotional, and mental health challenges.
